Definition of Service
Bolisati.com, provides users with information about General Insurance and Life
Insurance products to enable comparison and procurement. You may submit your
request to book your desired policy by filling in the required forms on the insurer’s
website and/or mobile application and/or on Bolisati.com, and by making the
payment online to the insurer. We assist you in completing your proposal (incl. forms,
documents and medical tests, if any) and on verification of the same, provided there
is no missing information, your proposal is underwritten by the insurance company.
The insurance company then, may accept, reject or raise an objection on your
proposal, which will be communicated to you by them. It is Bolisati’s endeavor to have
every booked policy issued; however, we cannot guarantee the same. Bolisati will, in
case of an objection or rejection, assist you in complying with or reapplying to another
insurance company as the case may permit.
Fees and Charges
Bolisati offers a FREE service and charges NO FEES OR CHARGES from its users.
Limitations to Service
Our website and/or mobile application contains statements regarding the terms of
insurance policies, including details of the benefits available and items not covered
by such policies. Some of these statements are generalized in an attempt to give you
a summary of the insurance policies available through bolisati.com. However, not all
insurance policies are the same and you should confirm the exact terms of any
insurance policy that you intend to purchase prior to purchasing that insurance
policy. You may download material displayed on this website and/or mobile
application for your use only and provided you do not remove any copyright and
other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not distribute, modify,
transmit, reuse, repost, link or use the content of this website and/or mobile
application for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and
video without our written permission. The rates mentioned on the website and/or
mobile application may not be final and binding. In some cases, the insurance
company may communicate the final rates after submission of the given premium and
documentation. Further, the rates mentioned on the website and/or mobile
application are as provided or verified by insurance companies. The rates are subject

note that service tax is payable on insurance premium as per applicable laws and all
your quoted premium includes the same. The insurance company reserves the right
to recover from the policyholder or proposer, any levies and duties (including service
tax), as imposed by the government, either by premium adjustment or other forms,
as deemed appropriate. Kindly refer to the proposal for the exact fees and charges.
Refund Policy
In case you are dissatisfied with the services provided by either Bolisati.com or the
insurance company, please email the insurer on the email ID mentioned in the
payment confirmation email. Your refund will be processed by the insurance
company as per their respective refund policies. In such cases, you will be required to
communicate with them directly, although we may assist you in the process.
The amount due from the premium of the compulsory vehicle insurance policy will be returned only in cash, upon reviewing one of the unified insurance offices in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. (15) for the year 2010. The decision to approve the form of the compulsory vehicle insurance policy was issued by the Director General of the Insurance Authority on 4/18/2010 and published in the official newspaper.
Claim Settlement
Claim settlement is the sole responsibility and at the discretion of the insurance
companies. The settlement will take place between the customers and the respective
insurance company and bolisati shall NOT be responsible for the same in any manner.
Although we may assist you in forwarding the case to the insurance company, we
shall NOT be liable to any party involved in case the claim is declined or honored.
